📦 Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days. Pre-orders have a specific ship date, which we stick to.

How long does shipping take?
We ship from Ukraine. Most orders arrive within 10–20 days, though it depends on your location and customs processing.

My tracking hasn’t updated in a few days. Should I worry?
Not at all. International tracking can go quiet for a while — sometimes it even shows Pre-Transit for days. But if you’ve received a tracking number, your package is on its way. If there’s no update for over 2 weeks, feel free to contact us.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, almost everywhere! If your country isn't listed at checkout, email us and we'll add it.


🛠️Product Availability & Custom Orders

Will you restock sold-out items?
Usually, yes. We work in small batches. Click "Email me when available" button on the product page or message us to check. Some items are discontinued.

Do you do custom orders?
No, we don’t take custom orders. But we might be able to make small tweaks like color changes. Message us and we’ll let you know!


❌ Cancellations & Returns

Do you accept returns or cancellations?
No. All sales are final, and we don't accept cancellation requests.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We don’t offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our collectible items. But if something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us and we’ll do our best to fix it.

What if my package is damaged?
We don’t guarantee mint packaging. Minor dents or creases aren’t eligible for return. If the product itself is damaged, email us and we’ll sort it out.
